CREATIVE CONTENT STRATEGY

Give all those ideas in your head a pair of sexy legs and somewhere useful to go.

Turn your story, expertise and business goals into a clear content strategy – with the pillars, ideas and direction to know what to say, where to say it and why it’s worth saying in the first place.

BIG NEWS: You don’t need another list of content ideas.

You’ve already got plenty.

They’re in your Notes app. Screenshots. Saved posts. Half-finished drafts. Voice notes to yourself. Conversations that ended with “we should definitely talk about that” and then, naturally, nobody ever did.

Then there’s everything sitting inside the business itself: the questions customers always ask, the opinions you could talk about for hours, the stories behind what you do, the things you know that your audience doesn’t yet.

There’s no shortage of material. The tricky bit is knowing what’s actually worth doing something with.

What should you be talking about regularly? What do you want to become known for? Which ideas support where the business is going – and which are just taking up valuable real estate in your Notes app?

Because without that bigger picture, content becomes a game of what shall we post this week? And every blank caption box sends you straight back to square one.

That’s where creative content strategy comes in.

It gives all that good stuff a structure, a purpose and somewhere useful to go.

Turn everything you’ve got to say into a content strategy with somewhere to go.

A good content strategy isn’t about filling a calendar for the sake of keeping the algorithm happy.

It’s working out what’s worth talking about, what you want to become known for and how those two things support where your business is trying to go.

We’ll find the threads running through your story, expertise, opinions and ideas, then shape them into clear content pillars and repeatable themes you can keep coming back to.

From there, we decide what belongs where. What needs a full post. What would make a cracking video. What’s better suited to an email, article or campaign. What deserves repeating – because saying something once and assuming everyone saw it is, unfortunately, not how the internet works.

So your content stops being a collection of posts and starts building towards something.

FIND THE THREAD

Get clear on the stories, expertise, opinions and ideas worth building your content around.

GIVE IT DIRECTION

Connect what you’re saying to what you want to be known for, who you want to reach and where the business is going.

MAKE IT DOABLE

Turn that direction into actual ideas, formats and a plan you can realistically keep up with.

So, what could we actually work on?

That depends entirely on what you need.

Once I understand where the business is going, what you’re already doing and what keeps getting in the way, I’ll recommend the areas worth putting our energy into.

That could include:

  • Content goals and priorities

  • Audience and channel direction

  • Content pillars and repeatable themes

  • Stories, talking points and angles

  • Repeatable content series

  • Campaign and launch planning

  • 3-month content plans

  • Idea banks

  • Foundational content to get things moving

Maybe you need the whole strategic foundation. Maybe you’ve already got half of it and we just need to fill the gaps. Either way, we start with what’ll actually be useful.

THE PROCESS

However we shape your project, there’ll be a bit of digging and a lot of joining dots.

01. GET IT ALL OUT

We start with a proper deep dive into the business: what you’re trying to achieve, who you want to reach, what you already know, what you’ve tried and all those ideas currently living in seventeen different places.

02. FIND THE SHAPE

I’ll pull the useful threads together, spot the gaps and build the strategic direction – your pillars, themes, stories, formats and the bigger ideas worth putting some weight behind.

03. PUT SOME LEGS ON IT

Then we turn the strategy into a practical 3-month plan, specific content ideas and the foundational pieces you need to get moving.

No starting from scratch every Monday. No posting for posting’s sake. Just a clear direction with enough room to follow a very good idea when one inevitably turns up.

For the small but mighty, brilliant but undervoiced, businesses with plenty to say, but no real plan for saying it.

Not sure which bits you need? That's my job.

You don’t need to arrive knowing whether you need new content pillars, a 3-month plan, campaign thinking, foundational content or a bit of everything.

Tell me what you’re trying to achieve and what’s currently getting in the way. I’ll join the dots and recommend where we put our energy.

And if that means pulling in some Brand Voice & Messaging or sticking around to help create the content afterwards, we can do that too.

Hannah has been great at taking on our social media and getting our business out there in the best way. Her content is always creative, and she is so easy to work with.  She completely understood our brief from the first meeting and is always coming up with great ideas. Thanks to her, we have seen a big boost in our visibility.

We couldn’t ask for a better person to have behind the scenes 😊

Your Questions, Answered

Let’s work out what your content could be doing for your business.

You don’t need the ideas, the answers or a perfectly formed brief. Tell me where you are, where you want to get to and what’s currently getting in the way.

I’ll bring fresh eyes, ask the right questions and recommend where we go from there.
